In this way were called taverns in Georgia in the beginning of 20 century. There is a painting of the same name by Kirill Zdanevich. Food, as in the time of Zdanevich Brothers and Pirosmani, is plain: KHINKALI, KEBAB, SHASHLIK. Khachapuri (various). Vegetable (pickles/salads/phkhali). Soups (for hangover) – this is our basic menu. In the “Menu from Chef" 2-3 dishes are changed accordind to a season))) and mood. Chacha/vodka on tap (grape/pear/mulberries/plum). Bear. Variety of wine is not wide (3-4). Wine from small wineries, organic. Khinkali – Pasanaurian. Dough is a bit thick, as it is rolled by hand.
